In 1994 J.O. Mory, Inc., the parent company of Mory Metal Fabrication, hired a full time Safety Director and since then we have developed a complete health and safety program. J.O. Mory, Inc. strives to comply with all state and federal safety standards because it is best for our employees and our customers.
Our workplace safety program reduces injuries and illnesses, thereby reducing our costs. The cost reduction is passed on as savings for our customers. The biggest benefit is keeping our employees safe, healthy, and injury-free.
Through ongoing annual in-house safety training, we stay up-to-date with industry standards and practices. We work closely with our customers to devise ways and means to keep their facilities safe through better practices such as machine guarding, access stairs, safety railing, etc.
